The Beauty in 280 Euclid Ave
280 Euclid is a two story Mini-Mansion located in Oakland, California. From the extravagant dining room to the light filled great room it features unique characteristics at every turn. Our Stagers were both intrigued and excited to take on the process of enhancing the home’s charm and restoring the liveliness before she hit the market! Our East Bay Stager, Janci Deetz, and her assistant Stacy Zechel began this transformation process first through an updated paint palette and then by bringing in a gorgous staging.
Paint colors for the exterior and interior of the property were chosen in relation to the home. With a goal to preserve this period piece our Stagers brought in colors from Benjamin Moore’s Historical Collection. Gray trim balanced with a white wall reflects the sunlight that comes flooding in through the windows in the great room. In addition, the choices of furniture were intuitive to each buy clonazepam in canada room. The design is just as grand as the great room itself, welcoming you to come sit and relax with a glass of ice tea. A table, designed for a large family, graces the stately size of the dining room which also features it’s own separate seating area. The living room becomes a perfect setting to host any guest, making a complete transformation through a toned down wall, nail headed furniture and a majestic coffee table. Our Staging team couldn’t have been happier with the outcome!
